my aims:
- became a weight that I am happy and confident with
- I am currently approximately 10 and a half stone. (147 pounds)
- my goal is to be 9 and a half stone (133 pounds)
I will do this by only eating when I am hungry, eating small healthy meals regularly.
- Do more exercise-
- So that I lose weight
- and encourages a better mood
- Be more productive and efficient with my work
- allocate time to do assignments, do not procrastinate!
- become more confident around people, especially of my own age
- push myself to socialise even if I don't want to.
- take every opportunity.
- become less selfish and self absorbed
- I realise this blog is doing little to help this!
- Find some ambition and enthusiasm!
